This is my first time I'm a guy, an average of 170 pounds and 5 '11'', XL bought after reading reviews, and they are absolutely right. Thank you Amazon and comments. I bought Blue and it is very good for me and works well.Rating: 5.5

I bought this shirt for my husband who is normally a medium. I could hear was this small, so I ordered a large. When he tried it on, he could hardly breathe it was so close. I got it at the time and therefore an XL, which is still very tight, but at least it allows him to get oxygen. (If you're wondering, he was six feet tall and weighs 160 - no Guy XL size.) Other than the inconvenience of returning to my purchase, we are pleased with the T-shirt. It seems well constructed and the color is beautiful. <br />Rating: 5.3

I bought the O'Neill Skins Long Sleeve Rash Guard, if I do not so much sunscreen. Now, I just sunscreen on my face, wearing neck and hands. the shirt is rated SPF 55 +, which is more than enough. I wear a rash guard that I thought, fishing, water skiing, or go to the beach. Although the T-shirt feels a little tight at first, it is comfortable to wear all day, and movement is limited only slightly. I recommend at least a size which size T-shirt you are wearing now. I bought this thinking to add a little heat, while on the water, but it does not work. if Rashguard is wet, it is so cold that when you wear it. When fishing, I noticed that when the guard rash is dry, it can be a bit sticky on a hot day to begin with, so I wet the shirt, if I hot. I like the style used O'Neill, and I am very happy that instead of applying sunscreen half an hour, I can just for this shirt.Rating: 5.5

I bought this for the sun and it seems to work. It also dries quickly once out of water. I usually take a large, but the extra extra large (XXL - two sizes that I buy a shirt) still clings to my skin. I prefer this form to access very secure.Rating: 5.5
