I went to local businesses for Rashguard. Normally, I wear size XL T-shirt. Each Rashguard in stores have been very tight. So I decided to try to give this t-shirt sitting not rash. I did as suggested and ordered a size on. I ordered an XL and it seems a little loose. I would say to others just to make your ordinary T-shirt size.
I live in Miami, and my back and shoulders would burn a Hummer in the sun (even with sunscreen cells is impermeable to water), so I wear a T cotton shirt in the pool last year has begun. Heart of the Guard Rash. It’s better than a T-shirt because of the protection against UV rays without sunscreen. Not sure of the FPS, but it can wear all day without sunscreen. Assessed a 5 because of the adjustment. My husband has a little belly, but because it fits like a loose T-shirt shirt does not surf near the body, it does not look ridiculous in them. After this for a month, bought a second to have for next year.

The shirt was greater than to be a size as large T-shirts you wear advertised. I know it is tight and a rash as a sole custody. I Thik the addition of two large sizes would be better if possible.

Let’s face it, no matter how you put the sunscreen, it will come with the various activities and in time. The SPF 50 helps a lot of tea and other benefits.
This is not only comfortable, but really easy cleaning of the surf and sand, or just a beach, a little more than rocks to be. I even take it in swimming pools and water parks now.
The adjustment is really good and it looks great too. I would buy the size recommended by other reviewers and eighth in the right size (not necessarily the size you normally wear street clothes).
In all great and all the hundred. You will not be disappointed.
